My house is located just ouside the small village of Pervolia and close to Kiti Lighthouse. Larnaca Airport is only 8 miles away making it the perfect location for a quick arrival. The area is not defined as a 'tourist' area so it is generally very peaceful. The sea is just 100 yards away from the front door, Great for those 'refreshing' morning swims.

The Sun is Always Shining
The weather is rarely dissapointing so you will wan to spend as much time outside as you can. For dining or relaxing there are two bistro tables and four chairs along with two sun lounges.
To the rear of the house there is a court yard with a BBQ... a great reason to eat outside.
For those trips to the beach there is also an outside shower to clean yourself off...( then straight on the lounger!!)
Spacious Open Plan Living
The living/dining area has a table and four chairs, two two seater sofa's and is spaciouse enough for four people to live comfortably.
There is a TV, DVD Player and a Radio HI-FI.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms a twin and a double, the double has its own balcony with a bistro table and two chairs (There's nothing quite like breakfast on the balconly)
Also to mention the bathroom is fully equiped along with a bath and shower.

All towels and bed linen are provided, our agents will clean prior to your arrival, midweek and also change the bed linen

at a charge we can have someome meet you at the house between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00hrs

There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living area with remote controls

The Gas for the hob is via a 13kg gas bottle which will need to be conected when you arrive (if you let us know we can arrange this for you)

There is a pharamcy 4km away and if you need a Doctor you only have to go to the local village

The Cipriots take a siesta like most Meditterranean countries which is usually between 2-4pm although this can vary slightly.

Please bear in mind there are 'real' neighbours who live there permanently (so if you have a barbie be sure to invite them)

Our house is situated in Pervolia, which is a traditional coastal village only 12km south west of the bustling city of Larnaca. Pervolia provides a laid back; timeless pace and perfect location to visit other parts of the Island.
Visitors can enjoy the warm hospitality of its inhabitants and enjoy the delights of the village resteraunts, taverns, festivals and live folk music ALL within a few minutes stroll.
Pervolia also known as Cape Kiti famous for its 4km long, attractive, unspoilt beaches and crystal clear water has emerged in recent years as a growing tourist destination without losing it's charm and identity.
The community has banks, tourist shops, supermarkects etc. to cater for most visitors needs.
You will find plenty of water sports activities at the nearby beach club. Other local attractions include Go Cart Racing, a Camel Park (with rides), Hala Saltan Tekke and Larnaca Salt lakes with its pink Flamingos.
